Foreign language teaching personnel should be engaged in mother tongue teaching in their native country, have obtained a bachelor's degree or above from a university in their native country, and have at least two years of language education work experience.

Among them, those who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above in education, language or teacher education, or have obtained a teacher qualification certificate in their home country or an international language teaching certificate that meets the requirements (such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, which need to be authenticated by the embassy or consulate or notarized by a notary office), can be exempted from the work experience requirement.
